How it works: Occasionally, when we have
a gap in-between projects, we are able to offer an
introductory rate to new clients for smaller single
visit projects. This works well for new clients as a
great way to get to know us, our quality of work
and customer service philosophies. Our goal is to earn
your confidence and satisfaction so that you'll call on
us for future jobs.
Scheduling
timelines: Project scheduling gaps occur when we
have completed a project or series of client projects
ahead of schedule or when we have a project
cancellation. This means that there is relatively short
notice of our opening. We'll contact you by email (and
phone if provided) to let you know that we're available
for your project typically 24-48hrs before arrival to
see if you are able to accept the work date. If you are
not able to accommodate the timeline we simply put you
back into the contacts rotation (if so desired) and hope
it's better timing for you next time.
