okay - no home exteriors)
- Sink and fixtures replacement, Basic Plumbing repair
- Electrical Wiring of lighting, additional outlets, outdoor
lighting
- Door and Lock installation
- Window Removal and Replacement (single
story only)
- Fence Repair and Custom Fence Building
- Ceiling lighting installation
- Salvage (all non-hazardous materials)
- Tear Down Services
- Clearing, Hauling of Debris from abandoned lots,
properties
- Abandoned property clean up and

Our rates are very affordable at just
$35hr and we provide all of our clients with detailed
project outlines and estimates. Our
payment terms are easy 50% of estimate as a down payment and final balance
due upon project completion. We also accept credit cards and PayPal.
